The restaurant of the Marko Hotel swears by traditional cuisine based on local ingredients, which is given a special stamp by salt from Piran salts with more than 700 years of tradition. In the warmer months, we invite you to our terrace, where you can sit under the pergola and admire the hotel park, the hustle and bustle of the coastal avenue and the Piran Bay. In the restaurant of Hotel Marko, we also offer excellent wines from organic production in the wine-growing regions of Slovenian Istria, Vipava valley and Goriška Brda. In addition, in accordance with our own belief in the quality of local products, we offer organic cold-pressed olive oil from the plantations of Slovenian Istria.
