Terms and conditions:

• A valid payment card is required to guarantee your reservation

• Hotel check-in is possible from 2 pm on the day of arrival

• Check-out from the hotel must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure

• Children aged 14 and over are treated as adults and charged full price. When making a reservation, you are obliged to add children older than the specified age to adults

• If you want to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do so in the 'on-line' system, in accordance with the Terms of cancellation of the reservation, or notify us of the change of reservation by e-mail info@hotel-marko.si

• For reservations that are not guaranteed by a payment card, the room reservation is valid until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After 6 p.m., the room will be canceled and put up for sale. In case of late arrival after 6 p.m., it is necessary to inform the reception in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused, or the error has occurred due to the negligence of the user.

Reservation cancellation conditions

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made via the "on-line" reservation system or sent in writing or via e-mail at least 2 days before the arrival date. In case of timely cancellation or change of reservation, cancellation costs are not charged. If the reservation is canceled or changed outside the cancellation period (2 days before arrival), the hotel will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of one night. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay without tourist tax. In the case of a confirmed reservation with a credit card, it will be charged automatically. The prices confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking apply to the calculation of cancellation costs.
